Q: Can I return the perfume if I don’t like the scent?
A: Yes, but only under specific conditions. A complimentary 1 ml sample is included with every order so you can test the scent before opening the full-size bottle.
If you do not like the fragrance after testing the sample, you may request a return or exchange of the full-size perfume only if it remains completely unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
Q: What if I already opened the full-size bottle?
A: Once a full-size perfume has been opened, used, or unsealed, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange for any reason, including scent preference.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and/or video showing the unopened product, original packaging, and shipping box.
If the damage is verified, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are not offered for opened or used products.
For unopened and sealed products returned due to scent preference after testing the complimentary sample, refunds or store credit may be offered in accordance with our Return Policy.
In cases of verified damage or error on our part, a replacement may be provided.
Q: Who covers return shipping?
A: If the return is due to verified shipping damage, an error on our part, or if the fragrance is disliked after testing the complimentary sample and the full-size bottle remains unopened and sealed, Calideema will cover return shipping.
For all other approved returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Q: Can I exchange a perfume for another scent?
A: Yes. If you do not like the fragrance after testing the complimentary sample, you may request an exchange for a different scent, provided the full-size bottle remains completely unopened, unused, and sealed.
Exchanges are not available once a full-size bottle has been opened or used.
